The path to awakening...
From childhood, I experienced moments beyond the ordinary—early passions and questions that seemed beyond my years, deep metaphysical inquiries.
Then came times of personal tragedy, calling for resilience and renewal.
In 2016, everything changed—a pivotal, overwhelming year. An indescribable experience, though its signs had surfaced as early as 2012. We all face existential crises, but we each navigate them differently: some dismiss them as fleeting, others sense a deeper meaning.
These events compelled me to travel to specific places across the planet, as if solving a vast puzzle about my own history and true origins. Driven by an unknown force—still a mystery to me—I sought out little-known artifacts and forgotten knowledge.
Through these journeys, I began to see the need to bridge ancient wisdoms, bold scientific discoveries, self-discovery, and the exploration of consciousness.
I naturally gravitated toward paths less traveled, seeking to show how phenomena often labeled as supernatural might be entirely explainable—if we dare to take a step aside and open ourselves, with curiosity, discipline, and sensitivity, to the mysteries of the world.
Breaking Boundaries: A New Humanism
My core belief: we must break down the walls between fields of knowledge and rekindle the encyclopedic spirit of the humanists. Let’s stop opposing science, literature, and spirituality or dismissing those who think differently. Let’s reject comfortable, ready-made ideas. Let’s stay endlessly curious, keeping our childlike wonder alive—without ignoring the harshness of reality.
To constantly question reality and its true nature is to better understand ourselves. This is the foundation of wisdom passed down by the Greeks: “Know thyself.” It’s also at the heart of the Emerald Tablet’s universal truth: “As above, so below; as below, so above.”
Mind, Spirit and Personal Growth
My approach is serious but resists becoming overly serious. It follows in the footsteps of great thinkers like Montaigne—who dared to explore without certainty—and especially Théodore Monod, the seeker of the absolute who embodied the spirit of quest. I also draw inspiration from figures like the Kraft couple, André Brahic, and Bernard Moitessier.
Throughout my travels, I’ve witnessed extraordinary events and encountered remarkable individuals. Today, I humbly try to share some of what I’ve received, with gratitude, while continuing my own research and journey. I hold no certainties—only the pressing need to bear witness and share these messages.

Saga, the nine keys to Icelandic wisdom (in French)
Publication of Saga, the nine keys to Icelandic wisdom (in French) by Guy Trédaniel Editions: after years of traveling to this island of ice and fire, I decided to put into form the principles of life encountered in the sagas, these ancient Icelandic texts, but also grimoires, incredible experiences in the heart of nature, in a country where light is capable of illuminating reality in unexpected ways.
I drew from it 9 main principles, 9 keys, adapted to our troubled times. Like any wisdom or philosophy of life, nothing is easy to apply, but we will do our best!
